The breakfast of the hotel includes hot and cold dishes and a wide selection of delicacies from the Cyclades and the rest of Greece. The cold dishes are served in the buffet while the hot are made in the kitchen upon the guests' request from the menu of the hot dishes. A glass of fresh juice made with a selection of 5 juices from orange, grapefruit and fresh fruit of the season welcomes guests when they arrive at their breakfast table. Furthermore, they can order from a wide selection of hot beverages, among which Greek coffee prepared in the traditional way and other traditional Greek beverages (sage, "diktamo", chamomile and mountain tea). There is also a traditional welcome with mini "dakos" rusks with fava beans and caper or fresh tomato with grated "feta" cheese and olive oil. There is fresh bread every day at the buffet (white, rye, multi grain, kneaded, with yeast, barley etc), rusks, breadsticks, mini dakos rusks, "ladokouloura" cookies with cinnamon and sesame, cookies with oats and linseed. These go very well with black and green olive paste flavored with aromatic extra virgin olive oil, sour cheese spread and handmade red pepper and beetroot paste. There are also various types of marmalades (strawberry, cherry, apricot, orange, blueberry), thyme honey, "tahini" (sesame paste) and peanut butter. Guests can choose from a wide selection of cured meats such as "loutza" of Mykonos, "zaboni" of Naxos, "apaki" and smoked steak of Crete, and cheeses such as San Michalis from Syros, "ladotyri" from Mytilene, "myzithra" and "ksinotyri" from Ios. The fresh fruit and vegetables of the season play a special part in the breakfast buffet and guests will find among others the cherry tomatoes of Santorini (semi sun dried or fresh), caper, 'katsouni", apples, oranges, cherries, figs, water melons and melons and various other fruit of the season. As for the hot dishes of the menu guests can choose eggs prepared in different ways (boiled, fried, "strapatsara", "kagianas" with tomato, and "sfouggato"). Furthermore, guests can order an omelet of their choice made with the ingredients they want, with fresh chopped vegetables of the season, cured meats and cheese. There is a traditional hot soup on a daily basis such as 'trahanas", oats, various legumes and vegetables. Guests will also find a number of traditional handmade pies such as mushroom pie, cheese pie, pie with greens and spinach and cheese pie. There is also a choice of hot or cold desserts to finish your breakfast with something sweet. At the breakfast buffet guests will find traditional sweet pies such as walnut pie, 'fanouropita", and "melopita" (honey pie) as well as various spoon sweets such as peanut, eggplant and walnut, "loukoumi" and "pasteli" (sesame and honey bar). From the menu with the hot dishes you can also choose "tiganites" with thyme honey and sesame, and pie from Sfakia, Crete.
