The Greek breakfast is served buffet style and offers village style bread and other bakery products supplied by the local bakery. There is also traditional pasta (trahanas) from Evritania and homemade cakes. The excellent products of Evritania take centre stage: yoghurt, honey, walnuts, homemade jams, eggs (boiled, fried, omelet), sausages with leeks, feta and gruyere, “kefalograviera” cheese, the traditional “tsalafouti” or “katiki” cheese, the naturally matured prosciutto of Evritania and other cold cuts. Desserts feature traditional, local spoon sweets, cream-filled “bougatsa” pie, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), semolina pudding (halva), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), homemade “pasteli” with honey and sesame and handmade “ravani” (syrupy semolina cake). Every day village-style homemade pies and fresh fruits, compotes, tomatoes and olives are served. As for drinks there is natural orange juice, Greek coffee, a variety of tea and herbal beverages (sage, chamomile, linden,mountain tea) and fresh milk.
