100 gr sheep’s butter
80 ml olive oil
500 gr self-rising flour
250ml lukewarm milk
250ml strained yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoons honey
600 gr. crushed feta cheese
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 tablespoon sesame for sprinkling

Melt the butter in a pot at medium heat, add olive oil and stir. Preheat the oven to 1800C, brush the baking tray with a bit of the mixture butter and olive oil and put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Beat the eggs in a bowl until they become fluffy and then add flour, yogurt, milk, half of the remaining butter mixture, lemon zest, honey salt and pepper. When you get a well combined mix (batter) crumble half of the feta cheese continuing stirring.
Put the batter uniformly in the tray and sprinkle with the rest of feta cheese, butter and sprinkle with sesame.

Bake at the bottom rack for about 40 minutes or till the pie is baked and gets a golden color.
