Kagianas with kavourma
200g crab (cut into small pieces)
1 green pepper (finely chopped)
2 ripe tomatoes or 8 cherry tomatoes (cut in the middle)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 eggs
100ml of milk
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Kagianas with kavourma
Put the crab in a pan and sauté for a few minutes until it gets color and pulls out its fat. Add the olive oil and leave for 1 minute to warm up. Add the onion, pepper, tomato and sauté for 4-5 minutes until all ingredients get some color and wither. Put the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and whisk them in a bowl. Pour the mixture with the eggs into the pan and let the omelet cook for 2-3 minutes until is browned underneath.
Kagianas with kavourma
Turn it over with a dish and let it cook and color on the other side. Put the omelet on a plate and serve.
