Delicious local dishes are served at breakfast. Most delicacies are sourced from local producers. Hot bread, cold “trahanas” soup (made with goat’s milk), “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs and tomato), homemade jams, refreshing lemonade (with lemons from the hotel grove), fresh fruit juices, fried apples, mini cheese pies, soft goat’s cheese, “avgofetes” (French toast), fresh fruits and other traditional specialties comprise the breakfast buffet.
