The breakfast buffet consists of products from Lesvos as well as of other top quality ingredients. Bread is baked fresh on the premises and is paired with sheep’s butter from Lesvos and homemade jams. Feta cheese, “ladotyri” cheese from Mytilene and olives from different local varieties are basic staples at the breakfast table. Traditional recipes served here are also the “sfouggato” omelet, the cheese pie with kasseri and “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato), all made with local recipes. The desserts corner features the classic semolina (pudding) halva, the “blatzeta” with olive oil of Lesvos, the “balezes” and the “alevria” with figs’ extract. These delicious local sweets are complemented with cakes, apple pie and “pasta flora” jam tart.
