The Greek breakfast at the Lesvion hotel offers a selection of top quality, fresh products, most of which are local. There are cereals, bread (white and whole wheat), toasted bread, yellow cheese, yoghurt, spoon sweets and butter. Guests can try homemade cakes, apple pie, fruit salad, omelet, cold cuts and various other dishes such as “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), semolina pudding (halva) during Lent and “sfouggato” (zucchini pie) during summer. Homemade jams are offered, together with real honey from the Beekeeping Cooperative of Lesvos, local feta cheese, oil rusks from Aghiasos, eggs from a local producer, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, mostly in the summer months, and also olives. Beverages include juice, coffee, milk and tea in various flavors.
