The breakfast buffet at the Akroyali hotel offers dishes prepared with local products, some of which grow in the hotel garden. The variety of handmade dishes guarantees a rich and tasty breakfast for guests. Homemade jams, honey, bread from a traditional bakery, yoghurt with honey, fresh fruits and juices, are available to guests daily. There is also feta, fresh “myzithra” cheese and cold cuts, olives and local specialties like “lallagia”. Desserts include “diples” (fritters with honey), carrot cake, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), biscuits with oats and chocolate, semolina pudding (halva), orange pie and baklava.

The 1821 boutique Hotel serves a typical Greek breakfast that includes bread and milk from Doliana, excellent handmade spoon sweets and jams, honey from local producers, sweet or savoury pies made with local recipes (cheese pie, pie with leeks, milk pie, mushroom pie and sweet pumpkin pie). Omelettes with eggs and local sausages complement the breakfast buffet.

The traditional Greek breakfast features delicacies from all over Greece. Fresh bread is paired with Greek honey, jams or tahini for extra energy. Recommended is the “tomatokagiana” (scrambled eggs with tomatoes and feta, sausage from Mykonos or bacon from Crete), the cheese pie or the cream-filled “bougatsa”. Various salads are served, such as pasta with carrot, lentils (with herbs and Florina peppers), black eyed beans with celery, “dakos” rusk with “ksinomyzithra” cheese from Crete or “trahana” (traditional pasta with feta and croutons). A light choice is the tasty yoghurt from Thessaloniki, served plain, with honey or handmade grape spoon sweet. Desserts include homemade semolina pudding (halva), orange pie and walnut pie. A sip of the local liqueur Tendoura of Patras, will complete the gastronomic feast!

The breakfast buffet of the Adiandi hotel offers homemade breakfast with local products like fresh butter, yoghurt, gruyere, feta and “anthotyro” cheese. The fresh bread is also homemade and so are the jams. Sweet pies include orange pie, milk pie, chocolate pie, cream-filled “bougatsa”. Guests may also try the “tiganites” (pancakes), chocolate and vanilla cake as well as biscuits and cookies. Savory pies feature “tembelotyropita” (cheese pie) and spinach pie, which are also made on the premises. There is also classic “dakos” rusk with tomato and cheese.
Guests will also find various fruits, local honey, bread sticks with carrot and gruyere and homemade omelettes. Cold cuts are available and traditional hot “trahanas” soup is served in the winter. Coffees, tea and herbal teas are offered, as well as fresh orange juice from the hotel garden.
