The Aktaia Boutique Hotel serves a wide selection of traditional delicacies for breakfast. There is a variety of breads and cookies made in the hotel kitchen. Also offered are fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, smoothies, fruit salads, vegetables, locally produced cheeses, yoghurt, butter, organic milk, eggs, and cold cuts. Guests should try the “zymaropita” pie of Epirus and the homemade chicken pie, as well as the cheese and spinach pies. Sweets include honey, cream-filled “bougatsa”, fruit tarts, handmade “galaktoboureko” with custard and walnut pie. The breakfast buffet is complete with homemade jams, olives and olive oil, dried nuts and dried fruits, beverages (sage and spearmint from the hotel garden) and Greek coffee.
