The breakfast at Lakki Beach Hotel is prepared with love and passion. The Greek breakfast buffet includes various types of beverages, various Greek cheeses and cold cuts, eggs cooked in various ways and homemade jams with fruits from the hotel garden (figs, apricots, quince and grapes). There is also thyme honey, various cookies and handmade biscuits from Karpathos. Guests should try the dessert of the day, such as “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), various types of cakes, chocolate pies, walnut pies, sweet pies with “myzithra” cheese of Karpathos, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding with sheep and goat’s milk from Karpathos), the local “zibilia” (sweet pies with raisins) and Mediterranean cake. Other local delicacies are spinach pies, barley bun of Karpathos (with onion, mint and various greens) served with tomato, cheese and olive oil of Karpathos.
