Apart from the basic traditional products that characterize the Greek table, such as bread, olives and oil, together with feta cheese and tomatoes, the local, traditional corner of the hotel features many more products and dishes. There is “anthotyro” cheese, as well as local cheese, various types of bread products such as cookies, “lychnarakia” (mini pies), traditional rusks, “dakos” rusks and “kaltsounia”.
