The breakfast buffet is filled with local specialties made of pure ingredients. Guests will find freshly baked bread, local yoghurt with honey, barley rusks and gruyere, multi grain bread sticks, fluffy omelettes, classic “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with cheese and tomato), olives paired with fresh vegetables and juicy fruits. Pies with cheese, greens or with “myzithra” cheese are baked on the premises with handmade phyllo dough. Sweet treats include jams, milk pie (“galatopita”), spoon sweets and semolina pudding (halva with raisins and walnuts sprinkled with cinnamon), hot apple pie etc. Beverages include Greek coffee or a fresh juice to keep guests energised for the rest of the day.
