Every day, a feast of tastes is prepared on the breakfast buffet, offering fresh juice (orange, peach, pineapple and grapefruit), chocolate beverages, Greek coffee, tea collected at the nearby Mount Taygetos, full fat and low fat fresh milk, bottled and sparkling water.

Visitors can enjoy a variety of Greek cheese products such as feta, anthotiro and manouri ( soft white cheese) and graviera and kasseri (hard and medium-hard cheese) as well as a wide range of deli (turkey, prosciutto, siglino of Mani, ham, bacon, salami) and lalaggia (Mani traditional fried dough) with fresh tomato and anthotiro.
There are also plenty of sweets, pancakes with honey and cinnamon, rice pudding, a variety of honey and marmalade, a basket with freshly baked bread buns, full fat and low fat yogurt, Kalamata olives, traditional pies, dried fruit (figs, apricots), spoon sweets (sweet preserves), cereal, traditional scrambled eggs, omelette, boiled and fried eggs and a basket with fruit.
