800 gr big and hard cranberries
750 gr sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon glucose

Using a tool of choice, carefully pit the cranberries. In a large saucepan, spread a layer of cranberries, then sprinkle a layer of sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove the saucepan from the fridge, add the water.

Boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes, add the glucose and boil 5 minutes more.
