THYME HONEY: Our thyme honey is produced in the areas of Asterousia, south of the prefecture of Heraklion. A harvest has already taken place, in order for the bees to enter empty of honey, so that the little honey that will come out, has as clean thyme as possible. We do not dwell on words, its amber color, its wonderful aroma and its strong taste prove it.

THYME & WILD HERBS HONEY: produced in the area of Amari, Rethymnon prefecture. From early spring our bees work the wild herbs which are: sage, thyme, alimatsa, erontas, malotira, oregano and when the thyme season has come, we leave them and put the final touch. So we now have in our hands an excellent product that has the nectar of the most sought after medicinal wild herbs of our island. Hence the constant distinctions for this product.

PDO PINE & THYME CRETAN HONEY: produced in the forests of Krousta and Selakanos, in the mountains of the Lassithi. The pine coexists with the thyme and they give us a honey, dark and thick from the pine, and at the same time with the intense aromas and the intense taste of the thyme. It is a product that can not be copied and produced anywhere in the world.

ORGANIC THYME HONEY: Our organic thyme honey is produced in the mountainous areas of Sitia, away from crops, from industrial zones, from any human intervention, presence, infection. Each jar is unique, production is limited, so do not be surprised if you see it missing from your favorite shelf.
