Guests may start their Greek breakfast with coffee (Greek and other types), tea, and freshly squeezed orange or lemon juice. The breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of bakery products such as three types of fresh bread, various rusks, homemade cakes and cookies, dried nuts and dried plums of Skopelos. The freshly baked pies are really worth tasting, especially the traditional cheese pie of Skopelos, the pie with greens, the onion pie and the “fouskopita” (pie filled with fresh local cheese of Skopelos). Dairy products, milk, yellow cheeses, and a selection of cold cuts are served every day, as well as eggs cooked in various ways, including “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs and tomato). Guests may taste yoghurt from Skopelos with compote or plum sweet. The traditional spoon sweets, the “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and the “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) are not to be missed.
