Eggs with Pastourma

2-3 eggs
30 gr slices of veal pastourma
30 gr olive oil
30 gr fresh butter or staca
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Eggs with Pastourma

In a pan with olive oil sauté slightly on both sides the pastourma slices. Remove them on a plate and in the same olive oil crack 2-3 eggs. Αdd salt, pepper and paprika in the yolk of each egg. Add the butter, lower the heat completely and with a spoon pour in the eggs the butter and the oil until yolks get a white, transparent color. Remove eggs and place them on top of pastourma. Serve with slices of freshly baked bread.
