The Greek breakfast starts with freshly baked village style and whole wheat bread, a variety of “ladokouloura” (oil cookies), from the local bakery, “amygdalota” (a traditional almond shortbread) as well as various other cookies. Guests will find green olive paste or Kalamon type olive paste, olives, organic oil from Paros, handmade jams. There is also pure local honey “tahini” (sesame paste) with honey, and fresh chocolate cake. Guests have the choice of boiled or fried eggs with cold cuts, yellow cheese, “myzithra” cheese from Paros, local fruits and vegetable. Also offered are dried fruits and Greek peach compote. Greek yoghurt, local orange juice and grape fruit juice, fresh milk, a wide selection of teas, filter coffee and instant coffee complement a rich breakfast.
