There is fresh bread of Ioannina, locally produced eggs, “trahanas” (traditional pasta) from Tzoumerka, freshly made cream-filled “bougatsa”, fresh butter, yoghurt of Epirus, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), “feta” cheese of Epirus. Guests should taste the traditional pies of Tzoumerka, such as “zymaropita”, cabbage pie and cheese pie -all made with local ingredients. Last but not least, there is local honey, herbal teas, fresh orange juice, Greek coffee, spoon sweets, jams, dried nuts and dried fruit. Desserts include cakes, chocolate pie, apple pie, “pasta flora” jam tart and orange pie.
