The Anthemus Sea Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in the quiet Akti Elia of Sithonia in Chalkidiki, next to a sandy beach, in a picturesque bay. The hotel features bars, restaurants, a luxury Spa, a conference centre (for up to 650 people) and an amphitheatre. It offers a total of 208 rooms (among them 47 luxury and five wellness suites) with wonderful views to the swimming pool, the sea or the nearby pine tree forests.
The breakfast buffet at the Anthemus Sea includes a vast selection of breads and the Greek traditional sesame ring bun (koulouri). Also served are at least six types of jams, tahini spread, honey and an assortment of spoon sweets. Guests may try fresh butter and cheeses like “manouri”, “anthotyro”, “kaseri” and “katiki” from Domokos, as well as cold cuts.
There are also fresh and dried fruits and nuts, strained yoghurt, raw vegetables and Greek olives.
The variety of pies include fillings like cheese, spinach or minced meat, leeks etc. There is also “trahanas” (traditional pasta) soup. Cooked dishes include giant beans, potatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, village style sausages. There are also four kinds of eggs dishes, including the traditional “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato). As for desserts, there is cake with olive oil, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), cookies, tahini halva with cocoa, pistachio and vanilla, “loukoumi” (Turkish delight), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), cream-filled “bougatsa”, apple pie and pumpkin pie. Beverages include various kinds of tea and herbal infusions, as well as Greek coffee, milk and juices.
