The Castro Beach is located in Maleme, 15km from the town of Chania. The 4 star hotel is set by the sea and offers pleasant and comfortable facilities with fully equipped rooms. The Cretan diet is highlighted through a selection of dishes and beverages at the breakfast buffet of the Castro Beach Hotel. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a selection of local delicacies, sweet or savory. There is yoghurt with thyme honey, “kaltsounia” (with “myzithra” cheese, “anthotyro” cheese or spinach), “ladokouloura” (cookies with olive oil), “dakos” (made with local barley rusks), “boureki”, omelettes with village style sausages or “apaki” smoked pork, and sweet or savory “bougatsa” pie. All dishes are prepared by the Chef and his team with top quality ingredients and Cretan virgin olive oil.
