Traditional cooked dishes include “kolokythokeftedes” (zucchini balls) and fried zucchini flowers depending on the season. Sweets feature “loukoumi” (Turkish delight), homemade cake or walnut/apple pie, semolina pudding (halva), “tiganites” (Greek pancakes with honey). Hot beverages are coffee, milk and tea.
