Also offered are cold cuts, various pies (“labropita” of Kos etc), thyme honey from Kefalos in Kos, spoon sweets, various other sweets (“mageria” of Kos, cream-filled “bougatsa”). Guests should also try herbal teas and infusions from the mountains, like the “alisfakia”.
