There is a special corner at the breakfast buffet of Louis Corcyra Beach showcasing Greek local products and dishes of exceptional nutritional value. Apart from the basic traditional products that characterize the Greek table, such as bread, olives and oil, together with feta cheese and tomatoes, the local, traditional corner of the hotel features many more products and dishes. There is “anthotyro” cheese, as well as local cheese, various types of bread products such as cookies, “lychnarakia” (mini pies), traditional rusks, “dakos” rusks and “kaltsounia”. Guests may choose boiled or fried eggs and omelettes, traditional pies (pie with wild greens, cheese pie and pie with olives), fresh fruits and olives. There is also honey, traditional jams, spoon sweets and syrupy sweets. For dessert, guests may try “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “loukoumi” bites, “sperna”, tahini spread, “pasteli” (sesame and honey paste) and sesame halva.
