A rich breakfast buffet based on Greek products is served daily. There are fresh organic boiled eggs from Rhodes and various types of omelettes. Also offered are handmade croissants and pastry products made with pure ingredients, excellent quality cold cuts from Crete, locally produced fresh milk and dairy produce, jams, honey and other Rhodian sweets. Guests will also find fresh whole wheat bread from Rhodes, top quality cereals, beverages and Greek coffee. The organic olives and olive oil are homegrown.
