Hotel Pantelidis, surrounded by 18 verdant hectares, is located in the town of Ptolemaida, in Western Macedonia. The hotel has 80 rooms and 15 suites of various types. There is a caf?-bar, a restaurant, a pizza restaurant with a traditional wood oven, a garden with a playground, an outdoor swimming pool, pool bar as well as fully equipped halls suitable for congresses and other events.
The breakfast at Pantelidis hotel serves a wide selection of traditional Greek dishes. Bread is served with local honey, feta cheese from Klisoura and local yoghurt. There is a variety of homemade jams with fruits of the region such as Velvedou peaches, apples from Milochori and plums from the hotel’s orchard. Seasonal vegetables and fruits are served daily. Try the eggs “kagianas”-style with tomato and feta cheese or the hot soups during the winter, or the “piroshki”, a delicacy from Pontos with dough filled with potato or cheese. For dessert there is bougatsa” (custard pie with phyllo), fruit cake, apple pie with apples from Milochori, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), semolina pudding (halva) with dried nuts, milk pie, “loukoumia giaglidika” with cinnamon, sugar and raisins, and “laggites” from Thrace, with honey or sugar and cinnamon.
