The breakfast buffet is based on traditional local products, starting with fresh bread, fresh eggs, (boiled or fried), various kinds of cold cuts, homemade jams, traditional olive oil rusks, Kalamata “lalaggia” (local recipe), various cakes, local spoon sweets, “dakos” rusks with tomato, feta from Kalamata and olive oil. There are also village style sausages with orange, Kalamata olives from the hotel olive grove, “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs and tomato), fresh fruits and local “pasteli” (honey and sesame bar) with local honey. Other desserts like the local “loukoumi” treat, the homemade “tiganites” (pancakes with honey), or “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) and dried fruits will go perfectly with a cup of traditional Greek coffee.
