The hotel offers a rich, traditional breakfast with local products and delicacies. Starting with beverages, there is Greek coffee, herbal teas, fresh milk and fresh juices. There is a variety of breads and rusks, cakes and handmade cookies, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), apple pie, “pasta flora” jam tart and traditional “skaltsouni” sweet. The fresh eggs are cooked in various styles, like “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato.) Guests may taste traditional pies such as spinach pie, pie with greens, “striftaria” (twisted) with goat’s cheese. The “bougatsa” pie with cheese or cream and the pie of Chalkidiki with “tahini”, are the guests’ favorites. Another popular delicacy is the traditional milk pie roll and the hot “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) or savory “tiganites” (pancakes) with goat’s cheese. The vanilla cream, as well as the “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) are also popular. There is also “trahanas” soup or traditional “chylopites” (pasta). Other hot dishes are mushrooms with aromatic greens, the zucchini with olive oil and fresh oregano, the baked tomatoes with feta.
