The Greek breakfast buffet offers products from Zakynthos and other parts of Greece. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of freshly baked bread products such as the characteristic loaves of Zakyntos and local wine rusks with raisins. There is a pie of the day such as cheese pie, spinach pie, pie with leeks, traditional “bougatsa” or apple pie. Guests will find fresh vegetables, fruits, fresh eggs, “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs, tomato and cheese), various olives, raisins, dried figs and feta cheese. The breakfast buffet showcases typical Greek delicacies such as “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) with excellent flower honey. As for soup there is traditional “trahanas” pasta with cheese. The handmade jams such as orange, fig, bergamot, strawberry, cherry, lemon, kiwi, plum, apple-pomegranate, tangerine and carrot are strongly recommended.
