The Greek breakfast buffet served freshly baked bread, rusks, homemade cookies, paired with pure honey, homemade jams, spoon sweets and yoghurt. Guests will find a platter of Greek cheeses such as feta, gruyere and “kasseri”, as well as a cold cuts selection which includes “syglino” pork of Mani. As for hot dishes, there are omelettes with organic eggs, “strapatsada and “”kagiana” (scrambled eggs with tomato or cheese), eggs with sausages and syglino, traditional homemade pies with wild greens, cheese pies and fried pies, the the so called “travichtes”. Guests may also try a freshly cut village style salad with homemade pepper pickles and the best local olives. Desserts include orange pie in syrup, semolina pudding (halva), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and creams, milk pies and cakes. Drinks include freshly squeezed orange juice and local herbal beverages, such as spearmint, sage and mountain tea.
