A daily buffet offering Greek products and dishes prepared on the premises is served daily at the hotel. Breakfast starts with various breads, multi grain bread sticks and sweet cookies. Cheese and cold cuts are also served, as well as feta and yellow cheese for toasts, turkey, ham, salami, sausages and bacon. There are also homemade jams, tahini, halva and honey.
Guests should try the handmade pies such as cheese pie, spinach pie, cream-filled “bougatsa” (on daily rotation) as well as boiled or fried eggs, “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato), fresh tomatoes, olives and olive oil.

The Paros land Hotel serves a Greek Breakfast influenced from the island Paros. Breakfast starts with boiled eggs, fruits, several kinds of bread products, cakes, apple pie, honey, jams, dried fruits and nuts. It serves local products such as oil, olives, cherry tomatoes, homemade spoon sweets and various dairy and cheese products, like the “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) based on grandma’s recipe. Guests will find butter of Paros, yoghurt, “ksinomyzithra” cheese and gruyere from the island. Guests will enjoy a wide selection of herbal infusions from the hotel garden (mint, chamomile, and sage (called “lousfakia” in Kastelorizo). The traditionally brewed Greek coffee is served with a “loukoumi” (traditional sweet).

Breakfast is served at the hotel balcony or in guests’ rooms with views of the traditional village of Messaria. The products used in breakfast are mostly local. The a la carte breakfast menu includes beverages like mountain tea and chamomile, Greek yoghurt with fruits or dried nuts, handmade traditional pies, and a variety of Greek cold cuts and cheeses. Specialty dishes offered are Santorini fava beans, “kagiana” omelet with sausages from Santorini, “sfouggato” omelet with fresh potatoes and “dakos” rusks with manouri cheese and capers. Desserts feature “loukoumades” (dumplings with honey and cinnamon), semolina pudding (halva) as well as a wide selection of traditional spoon sweets and biscuits.
