The buffet style breakfast at the Hotel Byzantion consists of local delicacies. Guests will find flower honey by local producers, homemade jams, mountain tea, fresh orange juice, tomatoes, local feta cheese, olives and local village style sausages. There are also eggs, omelet or traditional “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs and tomato) or “tiganopsoma” (fritters with cheese). Biscuits, homemade cakes, fruits, Greek strained yoghurt and homemade pies such as spinach pie and cheese pie are also recommended.

Breakfast at the Camvillia Hotel includes a wide selection of local dishes. There are rusks, village style and multi grain bread, local honey and tahini. Guests will also find handmade jams such as strawberry and apricot, fresh fruits and fresh orange juice. The traditional “lalaggia” (fritters) with feta or gruyere, the fresh vegetables and the famous Kalamata olives are worth trying. Guests may try rusks with tomato and feta cheese as well as delicious “kagianas” (eggs and tomato) with sausage from Mani. As for desserts, there is “loukoumi” (Turkish delight), halva, “pasteli” (honey and sesame bar) and local yoghurt with honey and walnuts.

Breakfast consists almost exclusively of Greek products and dishes, most of them made by the owners. Fresh village style bread, rusks with locust bean flour from Crete, barley rusks from Lemnos, multi grain bread sticks, homemade biscuits or cookies, are the main bakery products paired with pure honey and homemade jams. There is also butter and traditional yoghurt produced locally, served with spoon sweets. The village eggs are served boiled or omelet, together with cold cuts, fresh vegetables, olives and cheeses such as gruyere and “kefalograviera”. Guests may try specialties like cheese or “bougatsa” pie, traditional “trahanas” (pasta) soup and “taramosalata” (cod roe’s egg salad). Beverages include mountain tea (from Ziria), sage, chamomile, milk, Greek coffee, accompanied by dried fruits and nuts, cake of the day, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), apple pie and “pasta flora” jam tart.

The Apollo Resort Art Hotel serves a wide selection of traditional dishes, starting with various types of fresh bread, fresh fruits, juices, fruit salads and vegetables. There are also local cheeses and other dairy products such as traditional yoghurt, eggs and omelet. Guests will also find cold cuts, handmade pies such as cheese pies, pies with wild greens, mushroom pies, chicken pies, potato pies and pies with pasta. Other products feature “tahini”, honey, “pasteli” (sesame and honey bar), dried figs and local spoon sweets.The handmade cakes and sweets such as orange pie, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), dairy creams and the local traditional jams stand out. Other Greek specials include olives and olive oil, Cretan “dakos” rusks, hot traditional “trahanas” soup, herbal beverages and Greek coffee.

The Arachovitika Kalyvia serves a wide selection of traditional dishes on its breakfast buffet. There is fresh bread, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), cake, fresh fruits, juices and vegetables, mostly locally produced or organic. Guests may try the cheeses and other dairy products such as traditional yoghurt, butter, buttermilk etc. The fresh eggs are cooked in various ways (boiled, fried, omelet). There also cold cuts and pies (cheese pies and traditional pies with wild greens). “Tahini”, honey, “pasteli” (sesame and honey bar), local sweets and traditional jams are always available. Recommended are the olives and olive oil, the traditional pasta hot soup (“trahanas”), the herbal beverages and the fragrant Greek coffee.

The Greek breakfast at the Anagennisis Hotel is served in the cozy restaurant area where guests can enjoy delicious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients with emphasis on quality and fresh, pure local products. There is bread, tarts, traditional sweets, fresh fruits and juices, local dairy products and cold cuts, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), dried nuts and fruits, various pies (such as cheese pie, spinach pie, pie with mushrooms) and traditional “kagiana” (eggs with tomato), omelet, olives and olive oil.

Για να καλυφθούν όλα τα γούστα, προσφέρονται αυγά με διάφορους τρόπους, σπιτικές πίτες, διάφορα λαχανικά και ελιές, αλλά και πάστα φλώρα.

The Greek breakfast at the Alkyon Resort Hotel & Spa is full of traditional flavors and aromas.
Among the delicacies served, guests will find traditional pies (cheese pies and pies with greens, traditional sweet “trahanas” soup, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), cream-filled “bougatsa” pie, home made “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), traditional halva, various cakes and homemade spoon sweets. Spreads include various homemade jams, tahini with honey, thyme honey, and there are also fruit salads, compotes, mixed fruit juices and freshly squeezed orange juice. The local eggs are cooked in a variety of ways such as “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato).
The local dairy products such as feta, “anthotyro” cheese, sheep’s yoghurt are paired with cold cuts. Hot dishes include traditional Greek bean soup with tomato paired with olives. There is village style Vrahati bread, cookies with sesame, rusks and cheese-bread, olive-bread.
A series of beverages (mountain tea, Greek coffee) completes the breakfast offerings.

The Greek traditional breakfast starts with fresh local bread, wheat and rye baguettes and crunchy bread sticks, paired with handmade jams and local honey. Fresh eggs from the hotel’s hens are cooked in various ways. Local yogurt, olives and olive oil complement the landlady’s famous pies, like the cheese pie made with local feta, the greens pie, as well as the sweet and savory cakes. The cold cuts platter is paired with cheese such as gruyere from Naxos and feta from Gastouni. A special homemade delicacy, “tiganopsoma” (fried dough with local honey and sesame) is highly recommended. Beverages include local milk, coffee and tea.
