Skaltsounia
1 kilo flour
2 glasses seed oil
1 glass retsina
powdered sugar for sprinkling
2 teaspoons baking powder
250 gr chopped walnut
400 gr jam or orange spoon sweet
rosewater
Skaltsounia
Bend well in a mixer the seed oil and retsina. Sieve the flour with the baking powder and add gradually to the mixture. Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.
Stir the walnut with the orange spoon sweet or jam to prepare the filling. Then form cut the dough into round shapes, fill them with the filling and fold to shape as crescents.
Skaltsounia
Bake for 20 minutes at 180C until golden brown and when you remove them from the oven, dust with rosewater and powdered sugar.
