The breakfast buffet of Samothraki Beach Apartments & Suites Hotel offers a wide selection of Greek delicacies such as fresh bread, strained yoghurt, local honey, jams and spoon sweets. There are also “loukoumades” with honey (dumplings), boiled eggs and omelet with cheese.
A Greek pie (cheese pie, pie with wild greens) is available daily, as well as feta and various other cheeses. Guests will also find Greek seasonal fruits, fresh fruit salad, cucumber, tomatoes and Greek olives. Beverages include Greek coffee, fresh fruit juice, fresh milk and Greek tea.

The breakfast buffet of Rodopi Hotel offers a wide selection of traditional Greek and Thracian products. There is a daily offering of fresh bread products and spoon sweets, locally made jam.
Guests will appreciate the local olives and fresh fruits from the region, as well as the fresh eggs. Veggie lovers may taste fresh tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast, Greek feta, other cheeses and cold cuts. A local sweet delicacy “soutzouk loukoum” is available, paired with freshly ground Greek coffee of Komotini or healthy mountain tea.

NIKI BEACH Hotel is participating in the program of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels “Greek breakfast” since 2013. It is an attempt to get acquainted with the local producers, local products, and traditional recipes. The homemade breakfast is enjoyed in a specially arranged hall, with a view of the sea. Hours are flexible for our guests. The Greek cereals (Varvara), the omelet with kavourmas (Greek bacon), and the soup trahanas stay next to the marmalades from Samothrace women’s cooperative, and the excellent quality of local honey among others.

The “Forest Inn” Ecotourism Hotel of Dadia serves a Greek traditional breakfast with many kinds of fresh bread from a traditional bakery paired with honey from the forest of Dadia, tahini (sesame paste) from Komotini, peanut butter from Alexandroupolis. There are also handmade biscuits, cake and handmade jams, made with organic fruit and fresh fruits. Dairies include ariani milk and goat’s cheese from a local producer, feta cheese from Soufli as well as traditional yoghurt. Guests will taste boiled eggs, special omelet with “kavourmas” (local meat delicacy) cold cuts and handmade cheese pie with traditional phyllo dough. Beverages include Greek coffee, mountain tea from Rodopi, “flamouri” herbal tea, chamomile, marjoram (all handpicked by the owners) and there are also spoon sweets and “ritseli” (pumpkin boiled in grape must).

Based on fresh local products and Greek recipes, the breakfast buffet serves four different types of freshly baked bread, thyme honey and a variety of beverages. There are also cold cuts, cheeses from Lemnos and Samothrace, local Kalamata type olives and extra virgin olive oil. Mini pies with cheese, spinach and apple, cereals, dried nuts and fruit, handmade jams, dairy products such as feta and “kasseri” cheese, milk, butter, yoghurt and eggs from a local producer are also offered, as well as fresh local fruits and vegetables.

The Chris & Eve Mansion Hotel serves a wide selection of traditional delicacies with local ingredients such as fresh “Rodopi” milk, yoghurt, jams, local honey, orange juice and peach compote. A selection of cold cuts and feta from Evros are also available.
Guests may also try dried fruits, tomatoes from Crete, Kalamata olives, and village eggs (boiled, fried, omelet). Last, but not least, there is cheese pie and chicken pie as well as homemade cakes. Beverages include various kinds of coffee, tea and chocolate.

This hearty Greek breakfast puts emphasis on the local products of Thrace. There is Greek coffee or tea from the Rodopi mountain range. The breakfast buffet offers fresh bread, sesame ring bun (koulouri), “bougatsa” with custard cream, butter croissants and homemade cakes. As for cheese, the excellent, locally produced “feta” and the well known smoked cheese of Vermio stand out. There are also three types of cooked eggs, cold cuts, local fruits and honey. Milk and yoghurt are produced in Thrace, and there are also various types of cereals, jams and homemade apple pies.

The Alkyon Hotel’ Greek breakfast offers the freshest products of the region, starting off the day with freshly baked bread from the neighborhood bakery, toasts and cakes. Guests may opt for fresh orange juice or hot beverages such as filter coffee, hot chocolate or milk and tea in different varieties. Cereals can be combined with yoghurt, milk, honey and strawberry or peach jam. There are various cheeses and cold cuts, served with olives and local feta cheese. The “avgofetes” (French toasts) and the crepes, sweet or savory, are simply delicious. For dessert there is hot, traditional “bougatsa” with sweet custard cream.

The Alexander Beach Hotel & Spa serves daily a huge breakfast buffet with emphasis on purely local products. There is a wide variety of baked products (breads, cookies, croissants, cakes, mini savoury pies, sweet or savoury “bougatsa” phyllo pies. Dairy products feature cheeses like feta cheese from Evros, “anthotyro” from Larissa, yoghurt from Thessaloniki and many types of cold cuts. The local eggs are cooked in various ways, the most notable being “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato.) There are several Greek pasta dishes, olive oil from Maronia, Greek olives honey from Thasos, jams from Macedonia, a desserts buffet with traditional recipes, spoon sweets from Chios, dried nuts and fruits from North Evros, seasonal fruits from Crete and vegetables from the Peloponnese. The fresh juice is made from oranges of Arta and there is freshly roasted Greek coffee.
