Village Mare Hotel’s rich breakfast honours Greek products at the Elia Restaurant’s buffet! You can enjoy local traditional pies such as Kolobaropita, Trachanopita, Cheese Pie.

Enjoy fresh baked bread, a variety of nuts, Greek cheeses (such as feta, cream cheese, gruyere, kaseri and manuri) as well as various sausages, yogurt, olives, honey, marmalades, Thessaloniki bagel, pastries, savoury pies, buns, various cookies, dried fruits and so much more. Fresh seasonal fruit is offered every day.

It is also worth mentioning that our renowned hotel chef creates his own recipes based on the Greek Breakfast and we are proud with the integration of the Greek Breakfast in the hotel menu.

Handmade marmalades, pies and cakes, fresh fruits and vegetables, local varieties of cheese, fresh yogurts, and other goodies from local producers are only some of the guest’s available choices in Mirabilia Boutique Hotel, while breakfast is served in the courtyard with the perennial olive tree.

Daily and from 6:50 until 10:00 we serve a rich breakfast in “Demetrius” breakfast hall located on the hotel’s mezzanine floor. The scents from the fresh ingredients prepared inundate the floor as our guests are invited to choose from a wide variety of flavors and aromas.

Eggs, warm croissants, mini cheese pies, cheese, cold cuts, jam, nutella, yogurt, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, juice, cake, fruit salad and more, have just been prepared and remain fresh and delicious throughout the course of the breakfast, served in a buffet style.

Breakfast at Mandrino Hotel can also be served in the room (upon request), and constitutes a source of nutritional value and energy! It’s just what every guest needs to either continue their day with a walk in Thessaloniki, or to fulfill their professional obligations.

The rich Greek breakfast buffet consists of all types of bread, cereals, handmade cakes, sweets and biscuits, crepes  and homemade jams. There is an abundance of fresh fruits, salads and vegetables.  Cooked dishes include fresh omelettes with spinach and feta cheese. Lighter choices include homemade yoghurt with strawberries, orange and citrus fruit.

Apart from traditional spoon sweets, there are various Greek sweets in syrup and some international ones with a Greek twist. Handmade biscuits and homemade “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) orange zest.

The Greek Breakfast at Domotel Olympia is based on the Mediterranean diet and local products, combining modern tastes with myth, history and tradition. It includes fresh ingredients and simple combinations, dishes cooked simply and lightly. In particular, it includes the serving of strained yoghurt, Greek cheeses (Feta cheese, kaseri cheese), olives from Kalamata area, strawberry jam, honey, fruits (apples), barley rusks, raisin bread, white bread, pork ham, Thessaloniki pie “bougatsa of Thessaloniki”, Thessaloniki bun, tea of Olympus and Greek coffee. The visitor has the opportunity to taste a breakfast, which shows the identity of the destination, the unique Thessaloniki.

The breakfast buffet of Margarita Sea Side Hotel is served daily by the sea from 7:15 am to 10:30 am, while the “early breakfast” service is also available from 06:15 am to 07:15 am.

The hotel’s restaurant, Cookoo, is a brand new, All Day Cafe Bar Restaurant that combines luxury with relaxation and quality service with a friendly “comfort” mood. “Cookoo” restaurant is a place of culinary delight, for a coffee or snack break, a relaxed lunch or dinner. “Fellows” Bar is a pleasant place for friendly or professional meetings, cocktails and drinks.

The Greek breakfast buffet at the Agionissi Resort offers a variety of breads, eggs cooked in six different ways, four types of cold cuts, three types of cheese (“kaseri” from Vermio, “telemes”, feta from Chalkidiki””) and two types of olives. There is also “trahana” (Greek traditional pasta), homemade cheese pies and spinach pies, yoghurt, fresh milk and butter from the American Agricultural School. Guests may also enjoy fresh fruits, homemade compote, jams, honey from Chalkidiki, and fresh juice. Cooked dishes include certain traditional, Mediterranean dishes such as “tiganopsomo” (fried dough) sprinkled with feta cheese and finely chopped tomato. The dessert menu includes: “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), homemade cream, “bougatsa” (cream-filled pastry), cake, homemade “tsoureki” (sweet bread), halva from Macedonia or semolina pudding (halva), lemon cake and yoghurt with honey. There are also “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) and homemade biscuits.

The breakfast buffet at the Zografos includes, among other delicacies, local Greek dishes. There is fresh bread, local pies, “trahanas” (traditional pasta) soup, and bean soup. The dairy selection features fresh local yoghurt and feta cheese, and there is Greek salad with fresh vegetables. Spoon sweets from local producers, fresh orange juice and pomegranate juice are offered. The local pies, in particular the cream-filled “bougatsa” pie, are highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet also serves “kasseri” cheese, cold cuts with olives and veggies, orange juice, coffee, a selection of teas and chamomile.

The Greek breakfast starts with Greek coffee and traditional bread. Buffalo butter from the region is also served, paired with handmade jams from the hotel’s fruits. There are also traditional dishes from Pontus, such as “tolamas”, a kind of dough-pie filled with local olive oil and feta cheese. Pies with wild greens are a daily staple at the buffet. Due to the climate all kinds of herbs and greens are handpicked every day. Finally, special reference should be made to the red sage which is known for its beneficial properties and is a very popular beverage in the region.
