Breakfast at the Viragga is a daily surprise, as it combines authentic, selected Greek products with all kinds of beverages. Priority is given to Greek coffee and herbal infusions.
The freshly squeezed juice from Greek oranges is combined with pies with feta cheese and various wild greens, such as spinach, leeks, nettles and others. There is also home baked bread with organic flour from rye, wheat, barley, corn, linseed and with various seeds. The local fresh eggs are cooked in various styles and there are also homemade jams and spoon sweets of Viragga, local honey and strained yoghurt. Other selections include local goat’s cheese and feta, cold cuts and wheat “trahanas” (pasta) made on the premises with fresh goat’s milk. Various vegetables from the garden and seasonal fruits are served. For dessert there are cakes and “tsoureki” (sweet bread) always freshly made at the guesthouse, biscuits and cookies -all made with passion.

The Greek breakfast at hotel Tselikas starts off with fresh bread, cakes and cookies, fresh fruits and juices. There are also Greek butter and margarine, boiled eggs, omelet, French toasts, cold cuts and Greek cheeses as well as handmade cheese pie, olives, olive oil, pickles and rusks. Sweet Greek delicacies are honey, tahini, “pasteli” (sesame and honey paste), spoon sweets, apple pie, milk pie, a local sweet called “biskotoloukoumo” and traditional local jams. Guests may also try peach compote with Greek yoghurt, traditional hot “trahanas” soup, and baked tomato slices with grated “feta” cheese.

A good traditional Greek breakfast with products from local producers is served at the hotel restaurant. There are various kinds of coffee and mountain tea, chamomile, fresh fruit juice and Greek milk, traditional local yoghurt, french toast, homemade jams, local honey and various cakes.
The breakfast includes a variety of cold cuts Drama, traditional grandma’s pies, village eggs, local feta cheese and small cheese pies.

The Greek breakfast buffet at The Met hotel features many quality Greek products like freshly baked bread, cake, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, honey and yoghurt, fresh fruits, eggs, fruit juices etc.
The cheese selection includes feta, “manouri” and “kaseri”, accompanied by a variety of olives.
There is traditional “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs and tomato), spinach pie, cheese pie, “bobota” (corn bread) and pancakes with sour “trahana” (traditional Greek pasta).
Sweet treats include “moustokouloura” (cookies with grape must), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), cream-filled “bougatsa” pastry, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), “loukoumia” (Turkish delight), “pasteli” (sesame and honey bar), halvas, cake with peanuts from Aegina island, lemon cake with mastic from Chios, dried plums in red wine syrup. Guests will also find handmade cereal bars with peanuts from Aegina, danish with syrupy “tsoureki” dough and walnuts as well as “zvingos” (dumpling) with hazelnut praline and tahini.

The Greek breakfast buffet serves handmade dishes prepared on the premises. There is olive oil and olives produced from local olive groves, fresh bread from a traditional neighborhood bakery, a selection of cakes, handmade dough pies with fresh butter, chocolate pie and tahini halva. Guests may also try the yoghurt, the compotes, olive biscuits, juices and herbal infusions from the garden (mint, spearmint, lavender and marjoram.) There is also a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, and eggs. Traditional specialties include the famous “tzatziki” sauce (yoghurt, cucumber and garlic), the “taramas” (cod roe’s eggs spread) and pickles accompanied by tomatoes and cucumbers!

The breakfast buffet includes top quality local products of Thessaloniki. Freshly baked “tsoureki” (sweet bread) as well as sesame “koukouri” buns, cream-filled “bougatsa”, fresh fruits, honey from Sithonia, tahini spread, extra virgin olive oil, olives from Chalkidiki, tea from Cholomonda and fragrant Greek coffee, are served at the Roof Garden of Excelsior every day.

Another popular delicacy is the traditional milk pie roll and the hot “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) or savory “tiganites” (pancakes) with goat’s cheese. The vanilla cream, as well as the “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) are also popular. There is also “trahanas” soup or traditional “chylopites” (pasta). Other hot dishes are mushrooms with aromatic greens, the zucchini with olive oil and fresh oregano, the baked tomatoes with feta.

The Stratos hotel offers a wide selection of traditional delicacies for breakfast. There is coffee, teas, fruit juices and breads. There are also two kinds of olives, a selection of cheeses like feta, a selection of cold cuts, fresh vegetables from local producers, fresh fruits, yoghurt, boiled eggs, butter, honey from Chalkidiki, handmade cake, cookies, handmade jams, handmade spoon sweets handmade “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). Hot dishes include eggs and sausages, French toasts and freshly baked pies like cheese pies and apple pies, “tomatokeftedes” (fried tomato balls) and “kolokythokeftedes” (fried zucchini balls).

They include fresh village-style bread from the neighborhood bakery, flower honey from the region, boiled eggs and omelet. The breakfast buffet also offers beverages such as coffee, mountain tea, orange juice, milk and Greek coffee brewed the traditional way.

The buffet offers cheese pies, pies with greens, cakes, yoghurt, feta, “kasseri” and “galotyri” cheese, honey and butter. There is also a variety of jams, eggs, olives, fresh and dried fruits and nuts. Beverages include tea, coffee and fruit juice.

The Greek Breakfast buffet at the Alkyonis offers a variety of traditional Greek products of excellent quality. There are many bread varieties, seasonal fruits, vegetable salads, olives and traditional classic yoghurt. Also served is feta cheese from Macedonia and eggs from the neighboring village, cooked in various styles. Guests should try the traditional pies such as “bougatsa” with cream or cheese, spinach and cheese pie, mini pies with sausage, “kasseri” cheese or ham, cream, spinach, zucchini, and many other fillings. There is also organic honey from a local producer, tahini spread, traditional local spoon sweets paired with yoghurt. House specialties include semolina pudding (halva), “trahana” (pebble-sized pasta) soup or vegetable soup, as well as the excellent traditional couscous. There is an assortment of teas, hot milk from Macedonia and Greek coffee traditionally brewed.
