The family farm provides most of the ingredients for the daily breakfast. Fruits and vegetables, oil and olives, as well as meat, are all organic. Guests may try the homemade sweets and pies, jams, spoon sweets and accompany these with herbal teas such as “melissochorto”, “chortari tis Panagitsas”, mint, thyme, oregano and “valsamo”. Yoghurt is served with freshly cut fruits. Recommended are the scrambled “kagianas” eggs with tomato, the smoked sausages, the “syglino”, which is pork preserved in salt and smoked with aromatic herbs of Mani, the sweet treat “lalaggides” and the village eggs. There is also thyme honey, pies with wild greens and bread baked in a traditional oven. A refreshing, freshly squeezed orange juice is offered to guests. Greek coffee is served for the perfect ending.

The Greek breakfast at Petrino Suites includes various bread products from a local supplier, fresh fruits, juices, fruit salads and vegetables from regional producers. There are three types of cheeses from Greece, yoghurt, butter and buttermilk of Macedonia. Guests should taste the homemade “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and homemade pies such as cheese pie, “bougatsa” with cream or cheese. There are also dried fruits, eggs, cold cuts, honey, tahini spread and “pasteli” (honey and sesame bar), local sweets from Northern Chalkidiki and traditional, homemade jams.
The breakfast buffet is complete with a selection of beverages (herbal teas and Greek coffee brewed the traditional way) “tiganites” (pancakes), “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), semolina pudding (halva), cookies, homemade cake, spoon sweets and dried nuts.

The rich breakfast features Greek, traditional products. There is a variety of breads and bakery products. Local cheeses include gruyere, “kefalograviera”, “kasseri”, “sfella”, “manouri” and feta. There is also village style sausage and smoked “syglino” pork. Local delicacies, such as “lalaggia” (fried bread sticks fried in olive oil), “travichtes” (traditional pie, fried) and sweet trahanas (pasta) boiled in milk with yoghurt and raisins, are highly recommended.
Guests may taste a variety of yoghurt, fruit salad, dried fruits and nuts as well as fresh seasonal fruits. Spreads include homemade jams, thyme honey and tahini. Traditional products such as olives from the region, olive oil, “loupinia” (local beans) and cherry tomatoes, are also recommended. The selection of homemade pies includes cheese pie (with local “anthotyro”, “manouri” and feta) and spinach pie with fresh vegetables. The fresh eggs are cooked in a number of ways, including omelet with “syglino”, or “strapatsada” (scrambled with fresh tomato.) Desserts feature cakes, apple pie, traditional “pasteli” (honey and nuts bar), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). Fresh milk, a selection of tea and herbal beverages and freshly squeezed organic orange juice complement the breakfast buffet.

The Petradi hotel offers a variety of traditional dishes for breakfast. There is semolina bread with sesame and other bread varieties, as well as homemade cookies and cakes (with walnuts, chocolate, orange). Guests will find boiled eggs, baked omelettes, fresh butter and local honey, Greek yoghurt and fresh milk, cheese and ham, “anthotyro” cheese, fried feta with sesame and honey, tomatoes and cucumbers, olives and a variety of fruits and juices. As for desserts, guests may enjoy “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), apple pie, chocolate pie, “galaktoboureko” cream-filled phyllo pastry, “tiganites” (pancakes) and “loukoumades” (honey dumplings). Homemade jams await guests every day. There is also Greek coffee, tea and mountain tea. The homemade pies, such as cheese pie, pie with wild greens, pepper pie with black sesame and homemade pizza, are worth trying.

The breakfast buffet at the Petani Bay Hotel features fresh products based on traditional Greek flavours. There are fresh fruits or fruit salads, paired with local yoghurt. The selection of fresh breads is accompanied by honey, jams and homemade spoon sweets like the special sweet cherry. The cheese pies with handmade phyllo, the oil cookies and the “moustokouloura” (grape must cookies) are based on grandma’s old recipe. The dessert of the day includes tahini halva, syrupy “kadaifi”, baklava, or “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), apple pie, lemon pie, yoghurt pie etc. The fresh eggs are cooked to order. There is freshly cut salad, tomatoes, cucumber, olives etc as well as a variety of hard and soft local cheeses, with the local feta being the star. Fresh orange juice is made on the spot and guests may try the dairy creams, the “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) or mastic flavored panacotta. The savory or sweet crepes are also very popular. Beverages include mountain tea and chamomile tea that the owners pick during the winter.

The many types of bread are made with Greek flour and there are also organic fruits and vegetables, homemade cereals (wheat and oats), organic dried nuts, sesame “tahini” spread, Greek honey and olives, among other delicacies.

At the breakfast buffet of the Perinthos hotel, guests may find a wide selection of traditional Greek products such as yoghurt, orange juice, milk, tea and any type of coffee upon request. There is also “kasseri” cheese, cold cuts and omelet with cucumber, olives and feta. Guests may also try the handmade jam, honey, traditional “trahanas” pasta, homemade cake, hot bread rolls and toasts. The breakfast buffet is complete with cream-filled “bougatsa” pastry and pies such as cheese or spinach pie.

There are also eggs and various omelettes cooked to order, a variety of Greek cheeses (feta, local “kasseri” and “galotyri”) and cold cuts. On cold winter days “trahanas” (traditional pasta soup) is served. Olives and “tsitsiravla” from the region as well as sun dried tomatoes add a special touch, together with fresh vegetables. The sweet corner includes a variety of handmade jams, cakes and biscuits, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), and pies (apple pie, orange pie, chocolate pie, yoghurt pie, milk pie, and sweet “bougatsa”). Other desserts are “galaktoboureko”, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), walnut pie, “diples” (fritters), semolina pudding (halva) or halva with tahini. All the above delicacies are prepared in the hotel kitchen.

A daily buffet offering Greek products and dishes prepared on the premises is served daily at the hotel. Breakfast starts with various breads, multi grain bread sticks and sweet cookies. Cheese and cold cuts are also served, as well as feta and yellow cheese for toasts, turkey, ham, salami, sausages and bacon. There are also homemade jams, tahini, halva and honey.
Guests should try the handmade pies such as cheese pie, spinach pie, cream-filled “bougatsa” (on daily rotation) as well as boiled or fried eggs, “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato), fresh tomatoes, olives and olive oil.
