Breakfast at the Daphne’s Club is served without time constraints, based on Greek recipes with local products. The day starts with freshly ground Greek coffee, hand-picked Greek tea from Mount Ziria, herbal teas, Greek organic milk and fresh orange juice (organic when possible). There is always homemade organic bread, butter, tahini or halva and natural Greek honey. Visitors may enjoy homemade jams and fruit preserves, Greek yogurt and cheese, cold cuts, dried fruits, nuts and Kalamata olives. Specialty dishes include the traditional rice pudding (ryzogalo) or cream, the “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato, cheese, or local delicatessen), the sweet pie, cake or dessert of the day (e.g. “bougatsa” pie or “loukoumades” – honey dumplings) and pie with greens, cheese or zucchinis.

The breakfast buffet at Crystal City Hotel comprises hot and cold dishes cooked with selected Greek ingredients. There is a wide assortment of beverages including Greek coffee and milk, fresh bread (white, wholewheat and toasted), croissants, biscuits and homemade cakes, as well as Greek cheeses and cold cuts. Greek honey, jams and marmalades, spoon sweets such as cherry and quince, are also on offer. The vegetable section features olives, cucumber, sliced tomatoes and fresh seasonal fruits. As for hot dishes, there are boiled and fried eggs, omelettes, sausages and cheese pastries.

There is fresh bread baked on the premises and rusks with grated organic tomato and extra virgin olive oil. The local handmade jams and spoon sweets add a special touch to the buffet. Dairies include local, traditional cheeses such as gruyere, “tyromalama”, fresh “anthotyro”, “ksinomyzithra” as well as sheep’s yoghurt. Guests will also find a selection of cold cuts from local producers such as smoked “apaki” pork. A selection of olives is also available (green olives from Chalkidiki, Kalamata type olives and “throubes” olives. Hotel specialties include “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), “moustalevria” (grape must pudding) and “lychnarakia” (sweet myzithra pies).

Breakfast at the Cretan Malia Park is inspired by the local cuisine of Crete and features many traditional recipes, prepared with Cretan products. There is gruyere from Crete, “myzithra” cheese, “”tsakistes”” olives, yoghurt with Cretan honey, “dakos” rusks, buns made with oil, “lychnarakia” and “myzithropites” (pies filled with myzithra cheese). Other dishes include “chortopites” (pies with greens), “kserotigana” (fritters with honey), “loukoumades” (honey dumplings and “tiganites” (pancakes). There is also “sfouggato” (omelet with zucchini), “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato) and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). Beverages include a variety of herbal teas from Crete.

At breakfast guests may find selected products of Crete in a rich Cretan buffet with references to some other dishes from other parts of Greece, popular in Crete. The buffets are arranged by product categories, such as bakery products and Cretan bread, fruits, jams, cold cuts and cheeses, cereals, salads, omelettes, hot dishes, pies, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) prepared on the spot, desserts from Crete and the rest of Greece etc. Cretan dairy products such as sheep’s yoghurt, “oksygala”, gruyere, “ksynomizithra” cheese stand out. Greek cereals include oat, cookies and biscuits crumbs with cinnamon, oil and honey pumpkin seeds, sesame, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios from Aegina and many others.

The Triantafillies serves breakfast with a wide selection of traditional delicacies such as fresh bread, fresh fruits, juices and fruit salads or vegetables, all prepared on the premises. Guests will find yoghurt, milk, butter, free range eggs (boiled, fried, omelet), cold cuts and olives.
Recommended are the homemade cakes (orange, vanilla, chocolate), the handmade pies (cheese pies, pies with greens, pies with peppers), the local honey and the tahini, plain or with cocoa.
Finally, there are local traditional jams, olive oil, dried nuts (raisins, walnuts), herbal beverages as well as fragrant Greek coffee.

The breakfast of Cotommatae 1810 includes a wide selection of homemade dishes inspired by the Greek gastronomic tradition with the use of fresh local ingredients. Bakery products comprise of fresh breads, handmade cinnamon and orange cookies, Greek rusks and homemade cake. Fresh fruits from Ermioni are on offer, as well as fresh orange juice, cheeses (feta and gruyere) from the wider region and yoghurt. Guests may also try the fresh local eggs (boiled, fried and omelet). There are handmade pies (cheese, spinach, zucchini, and jams (fig, orange, strawberry and apricot). There is also fresh honey from the region of Mani, local spoon sweet and local “amygdalota” (almond macaroon), the traditional sweet of Hydra. Finally, cold cuts, olives and olive oil, a variety of cereals, herbal teas (linden, chamomile and mountain tea) as well as fragrant Greek coffee complement a healthy Greek breakfast.

The Coriva serves a wide selection of traditional delicacies at breakfast, such as handmade and village style bread, bakery products like biscuits, “tsoureki” (sweet bread), “anevata” of Sitia, “amygdalota” (almond shortbreads), “stafidota kserotigana” (with raisins), “patoudia”, “lychnarakia” and “kaltsouni” (with sweet cheese). Guests may try fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses (gruyere, “tyrozouli”, “ksygalo” of Sitia) and other dairy products (yoghurt, traditional yoghurt and butter). Eggs are cooked in various ways (boiled, fried, omelet or “kagianas” with cheese and “apaki” (smoked pork). Highly recommended are the handmade pies (cheese pie, pie with wild greens, pie with “myzithra” cheese), the pure honey and the handmade “pasteli” (honey and sesame bar). There is also a selection of handmade jams, herbal beverages such as “malotira” and verbena with rose, or traditional Greek coffee.

The Greek breakfast buffet at the Corfu Senses Resort includes a wide selection of beverages (milk, coffee, various teas, fresh juices and traditional kumquat liqueur.) As for breads there is a wide selection, alongside sesame “koulouri” bun, bread with raisins and biscuits.
Guests will also find green Kalamata type olives, olive oil, thyme honey, homemade jams and dried fruits. There is also yoghurt, feta and “myzithra” cheese, paired with a selection of cold cuts.
Guests may also choose from an assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The homemade pies are also worth trying: cheese pie, spinach pie, pumpkin pie and chicken pie.
As for desserts, there is cream-filled “bougatsa, “”patsavouropita” pie, various cakes, syrupy baklava and “ravani”,”ryzogalo” (rice pudding), chocolate pie, walnut pie, spoon sweets and “loukoumas” (traditional doughnut). The breakfast buffet also includes eggs cooked in a variety of ways such as fried with village style sausage, village style omelet, “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato) and baked omelet with “”feta”” cheese and olives.

The Corfu Palma Boutique Hotel offers a wide selection of traditional dishes on the breakfast buffet. There is milk, coffee, various teas, chocolate, and fresh juice. A wide selection of breads is complemented by biscuits, cookies, bread sticks and raisin bread. There is olive oil from Corfu, olives, local thyme honey, homemade jams, local “sykomaida” (fig sweet) and dried fruits.
Dairies include yoghurt, feta and “myzithra” cheese from Corfu, and fresh local butter. The cold cuts selection includes the local “nubulo”. Guests may try the fresh salads, fresh fruits and cooked vegetables. Pastry creations feature mini pies with spinach or cheese, traditional pies such as cheese pie, spinach pie, chicken pie and onion pie. Eggs are cooked in various ways, with traditional options being the “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato) or the baked omelet with feta and olives. Freshly squeezed orange juice together with fresh fruits are also available. There are also vegetables and Kalamata olives, oil from Corfu and mushrooms. The cheeses, such as feta and “kefalotyri”, the cold cuts like air dried salami of Corfu, are worth tasting. The breakfast buffet is complete with various pastry creations, yoghurt, butter, compotes, honey and tahini. Apart from milk, beverages such as chamomile, teas, and all kinds of coffee are served.
