The breakfast buffet at the Esperia hotel showcases a wide selection of dishes of Greek origin.
Bakery products include “koulouri” (sesame ring bun), rusks, bread sticks, French toast and butter croissants. There is also Greek strained yoghurt, fresh butter, various cheeses and cold cuts, olives from Kalamata and “thruba” olives from Thasos island. Drinks include seasonal fruits and beverages such as chamomile, mountain tea and Greek coffee. Hot dishes offered are saut?ed mushrooms with onions, handmade pies, such as cheese pie and spinach pies, boiled eggs and baked omelet, as well as “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato and cheese). Desserts feature spoon sweets, traditional handmade jams, honey from Thasos, raisins, handmade cakes and homemade “bougatsa” (custard filled pie).

The rich Greek breakfast buffet at the Erytha welcomes guests whit a glass of “soumada”, a sweet beverage made from almonds. There are also traditional thin “tiganites” (pancakes) with “myzithra” cheese and honey of Chios. Another traditional delicacy is “pontikes”, which resembles French toasts. Traditional pies with wild greens and feta, rusks with “kopanisti” (spicy white cheese) and green olives are also available. Guests will also find “masourakia” and “flogeres” made with phyllo crust and filled with almonds. Cool yoghurt is paired with spoon sweet, next to “moustalevria” (grape must) and hot “loukoumades” (honey dumplings). Last but not least, there are sweet mastic biscuits to dip in fragrant Greek coffee or even mastic flavored coffee, brewed the traditional way.

The Greek breakfast at the Erofili includes a wide selection of dishes such as bread from the local bakery, boiled or fried eggs and omelet, Greek yoghurt and honey from Ikaria. There are also jams from the local Cooperative, pies with wild greens, cheese and zucchini pies as well as various sweets made by the owners: “finikia” (traditional sweet of Ikaria), “bougatsa” (custard pie), semolina pudding (halva), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), orange pie, cookies etc. The spoon sweets of Ikaria are worth trying as well as the “loukoumi” (Turkish delight). The breakfast buffet also offers fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers, grilled vegetables such as peppers from Florina, fresh fruits, olives and Greek cheeses such as feta, “manouri” and gruyere.

Every day, a traditional Greek Breakfast is served with quality fresh ingredients. There is fresh bread, traditional pies (pie with greens, cheese pie, pie with peppers, all made at the hotel kitchen with fresh traditional local products). Freshly baked bruschetta with feta and tomato sprinkled with the aromatic oregano of Pelion and virgin olive oil alternate daily with delicious cheese bites (fresh dough with feta baked in the hotel oven). Guests will also find a platter of cheeses and cold cuts as well as eggs (omelet, fried, “strapatsada” (scrambled with tomato) – that alternate daily. The desserts corner features handmade orange and chocolate cakes, as well as traditional sweet pies such as orange pie, walnut pie, apple pie and milk pie, sweet yoghurt mousse, from local yoghurt, sprinkled with walnuts, cheese cake with sour cherries. There are also homemade jams, thyme honey and traditional yoghurt, fresh fruit juice, milk, herbal beverages and Greek coffee.

Based on fresh local products and Greek recipes, the breakfast buffet serves four different types of freshly baked bread, thyme honey and a variety of beverages. There are also cold cuts, cheeses from Lemnos and Samothrace, local Kalamata type olives and extra virgin olive oil. Mini pies with cheese, spinach and apple, cereals, dried nuts and fruit, handmade jams, dairy products such as feta and “kasseri” cheese, milk, butter, yoghurt and eggs from a local producer are also offered, as well as fresh local fruits and vegetables.

Breakfast comprises homemade dishes with fresh ingredients and is served with stunning views of the swimming pool and the sea. For starters, there is fresh bread from the traditional neighborhood bakery, orange juice, homemade jams, thyme honey and butter. Recommended is the fluffy homemade cakes. Guests may choose fresh boiled or fried eggs with bacon, or fresh fruits. The homemade sweets (walnut pie with syrup, hot creamy “galaktoboureko” made with pure butter, and orange pie are recommended for the perfect conclusion to a nice breakfast.

There is also peach compote, yoghurt, boiled and fried eggs, omelet, cold cuts, yellow cheese and feta cheese. A selection of pies and salads are prepared daily, fresh vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers are offered, paired with Kalamata olives and fruits of the season. Guests should try the bruschetta with feta cheese and olives, the handmade tarts and the mini cheese pies.
The sweets at the Enodia Hotel are all homemade. Chocolate and vanilla cakes, orange pie, “ravani” (syrupy semolina cake), apple pie, apple tart, pear tart, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “ryzogalo” (rice pudding) and semolina pudding (halva) are some of the sweet treats offered. As for beverages there is a selection of coffee, tea and juices.

Επίσης σερβίρονται αρτοσκευάσματα (ζυμωτό ψωμί με προζύμι, σταφιδόψωμο, μηλόπιτα, μπουγάτσα, κριτσίνια ηλιόσπορου, κουλουράκια κλπ), μαρμελάδες σε διάφορες γεύσεις (ακτινίδιο, φράουλα, πορτοκάλι, δαμάσκηνο και μύρτιλο), δασόμελο Καστοριάς και γλυκά του κουταλιού (σταφύλι και δαμάσκηνο).

Ο πρωινός μπουφές ολοκληρώνεται με δημητριακά, ξηρούς καρπούς, φρούτα (φρέσκα και αποξηραμένα), ελιές, αλλαντικά Καστοριάς, αυγά, ομελέτες, στραπατσάδα και με τα ξεχωριστά τυροκομικά –γαλακτοκομικά προϊόντα, όπως κεφαλοτύρι και μπάτζος Καστοριάς, φέτα, κασέρι, στραγγιστό γιαούρτι και γάλα Κοζάνης.

Breads and bakery items are prepared at the Enagron eco village, as well as pies of Sfakia with “ksynomyzithra” cheese, “loukoumades” (honey dumplings), “tiganites” (pancakes with honey), barley “dakos” (rusks with tomato, olive oil and “myzithra” cheese), fresh bread baked in the wood burning oven and various rusks. There is also a variety of olives, dried figs, raisins and sultanas, walnuts, pure virgin olive oil, thyme honey, and homemade jams. Last but not least, the eggs are cooked in various ways (fried in olive oil or omelet with fresh tomatoes.)

The hotel produces its own olives and olive oil and bakes traditional pies with cheese, spinach, zucchini, “zymaropita” pie, milk pie and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). There is also fruit salad, orange juice, fresh fruits and vegetables from the hotel’s vegetable garden. A selection of cereals, homemade mastic flavored cake, hot coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of teas are also available at the breakfast buffet.

There are two types of fresh bread, homemade cookies and cake, as well as local honey, handmade jams, fresh fruits, juices, fruit salad, cereals. Vegetarians may opt for fresh vegetables, olives and olive oil. Cold cuts and dairies include sausages, ham and turkey, Greek cheeses, yoghurt, butter and sour milk. Fresh eggs are prepared daily (boiled, fried and omelettes.) Guests should try the homemade pies, such as cheese pies and traditional spinach pies. There are also sweets and handmade jams, paired with Greek coffee.

A breakfast buffet is served daily with carefully selected dishes made with fresh ingredients.
