Guests will enjoy fresh, handmade butter, “kasseri” and “kefalograviera” cheeses from Mouzaki and feta cheese traditionally made. The cold cuts are provided by a local charcuterie. There are local jams, honey from the region of Agrafa, “tahini” (sesame paste). Guests should try “kolybari trahanas” (local pasta) in winter, pies such as the local “batzina” pie with zucchini, the local “plastos” pie and pie with greens. The cold cuts selection includes “apaki” (smoked pork) and village style sausages. There are also fresh fruits and local specialties such as “kalitsounia” (with “myzithra” and honey), “bougatsa” pie, cheese pie and pie with greens, “myzithra” pie, “sfouggato” (omelet with tomato and zucchini), and fried eggs with “apaki”. As for sweets, there are “kserotigana” (fritters), halva, “lychnarakia”, various spoon sweets and “loukoumades” (honey dumplings) prepared on the premises.
