Desserts include “tiganites” (pancakes), cakes, biscuits, “pasta flora” jam tart, orange or milk pie and “ryzogalo” (rice pudding).

The rich Greek breakfast buffet features all kinds of beverages (coffee, teas, chamomile, mint, chocolate, and milk). There is also yoghurt, bread and bread sticks, various biscuits and cakes. Guests should try the eggs (boiled, fried, omelet) and various pastry creations such as mini cream-filled “bougatsa” pies, mini cheese pies, mini spinach pies, mini sausage pies, mini pies with ham and cheese and chocolate pies. The Lido offers a delicious and filling Greek breakfast featuring a wide selection of top quality traditional products with stunning views of the Corinthiakos Bay. The landlady prepares breakfast with traditional Greek yoghurt, honey from the village producers, fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade crepes, fresh eggs, traditional “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), local spoon sweets and a variety of homemade cakes (e.g. carrot cake with walnuts). Guests may also try various kinds of cheese, cold cuts and jams. As for beverages there is Greek coffee, various teas, traditional mountain tea and orange juice.

The rich Greek breakfast buffet features mostly local Cretan products. Guests may start with bread and selected bakery products and local delicacies such as Cretan gruyere, “myzithra” cheese, “anthotyro” cheese, “pichtogalo” of Chania, local rusks and biscuits and “kavroumas” biscuit. Specialties include “ksirotigana” (fritters), “kaltsounia” and “lychnarakia”. There is also pie of Sfakia, “dakos” rusk, “apaki” (smoked pork), “ksinochondros” (traditional pasta), local Cretan olive oil, thyme honey from Lefka Ori mountains, olives, “ryzogalo” (rice pudding). Beverages include Cretan herbal tea, fresh orange juice, sour cherry juice, paired with walnuts, peanuts and other nutritious products.

The hotel offers buffet style, self-service breakfast. Apart from coffee and beverages, the buffet includes three kinds of cereals, three kinds of jams, honey, two kinds of juices, yoghurt, two kinds of cheese, cured meat, tomatoes and cucumber, fresh seasonal fruits, eggs cooked in 2 different ways, bacon, sausages, cookies, two kinds of bread and croissants.
The Greek breakfast section of the hotel comprises local milk from the Ermionida region, as well as two types of locally sourced rusks, olives and olive oil. Also served are mini pies freshly baked on the premises, namely cheese and apple pies. Traditional Greek coffee, raisins and spoon sweets are also on offer in the desserts section.

Guests can try homemade cakes, apple pie, fruit salad, omelet, cold cuts and various other dishes such as “ryzogalo” (rice pudding), semolina pudding (halva) during Lent and “sfouggato” (zucchini pie) during summer. Homemade jams are offered, together with real honey from the Beekeeping Cooperative of Lesvos, local feta cheese, oil rusks from Aghiasos, eggs from a local producer, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, mostly in the summer months, and also olives. Beverages include juice, coffee, milk and tea in various flavors.

Breakfast at Le Palace Art Hotel includes a variety of Greek dishes. Starting off with traditional bread varieties, guests can also try the Thessaloniki sesame bun, “moustokouloura” (cookies with grape must), cake and”tsoureki” (sweet bread) with chestnuts and cookies. There are fresh fruits and juices, Greek coffee, and herbal teas. Also offered are fresh honey and jams, tahini spread, olives, extra virgin olive oil, and cold cuts. Eggs dishes include “strapatsada” (scrambled eggs with tomato and vegetables) and omelet with “kasseri” and feta cheese, and there is also cream-filled “bougatsa” pie and soups such as “trahanas” (traditional pasta) and “varvara” (wheat broth).

The Lego Hotel serves a wide selection of traditional delicacies at its breakfast buffet. The homemade jams and honey of Platamonas are paired with a variety of bakery products and the local eggs are cooked in various ways. Guests will also find ham and “kasseri” cheese. The homemade cake is really worth trying.
