A hearty traditional Greek breakfast is served with views of the sun rising behind the Parthenon. Beverages (coffee, tea, juices, milk) and herbal teas (sage, “malotyra” and mountain tea) are accompanied by fresh bread from the neighborhood bakery and butter, honey, jams, croissants, cookies, traditional rusks and cereals. There is also a selection of cheeses (feta and kefalotyri), cold cuts, yoghurt, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, dried figs, raisins and fresh seasonal fruits that comprise a truly Greek breakfast.

The rich breakfast buffet serves fresh local products and Greek traditional dishes. There is bread and Thessaloniki sesame bun from the local bakery. The excellent yoghurt pie, crepes and “laggites” with feta, are prepared daily by the restaurant chef. Another specialty is local village style sausages, saut?ed with peppers and tomato. Among the Greek cheeses and cold cuts offered, the local feta cheese sprinkled with oregano from Olympus and extra virgin olive oil is highly recommended. There is also butter paired with local jams or honey. The buffet includes a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as dried nuts and fruits. Nutritious and tasty treats like “pasteli” (sesame and honey bar) and “tahini” spread are very popular with guests. Eggs are boiled, fried or scrambled as traditional “strapatsada”. Mini rusks, “dakos” with tomato, olive and feta cheese make excellent Greek finger food. Various kinds of cookies and biscuits go perfectly well with coffee, mountain tea or milk.

The Greek breakfast buffet at the Evdion Hotel serves traditional dishes based on fresh raw materials. For starters there is a variety of freshly baked breads, paired with jams, rusks and cookies. There is also a selection of vegetables, various types of olives, Greek yoghurt and feta cheese. There is also peach compote with peaches from Naoussa and local eggs prepared in various ways (fried, omelet, scrabbled). Several traditional products alternate daily, such as semolina pudding (halva), mini “loukoumia” (Turkish delight), dried fruits, apple pie and various other pies. The olive oil served to the guests is made from pure unfertilised Olympus olives.

There is also Greek fruit salad and plain yoghurt (locally produced) with fruits. The free range eggs are cooked in various styles. Cold cuts are also available and various pies such as zucchini pie, spinach pie and savory cake are also worth trying. Some other signature dishes are mushrooms with garlic, bruschetta with “feta” cheese, baked beans and village style sausages with peppers and onions. The desserts are homemade and include orange pie, “fanouropita” cake, cheesecake, vanilla cream, grape sweet, apple pie and chocolate pudding. There are fresh fruits like apples, oranges, watermelon, melon and peaches.

Other delicacies featured are Cretan honey, traditional yoghurt, fresh fruits, Cretan rusks (“dakos”) and various omelettes.

The Eumelia offers a rich Greek breakfast. Guests will find fresh bread, chocolate cake, marmalade with local citrus fruits from Laconia and organic jams made with quince and grapes. Guests will find home baked apple pie, spinach pie and mini cheese pies. There is also traditional yoghurt of Laconia, organic eggs and olives produced at the farm and honey from the region. The delicious “ryzogalo”” (rice pudding), and savoury “tiganopsomo” (fritter with cheese) are also recommended. There is “kagianas” (scrambled eggs and fresh tomato sauce), syglino (local smoked pork preserved in salt) and omelet (with feta, fresh tomato, peppers and olives). Guests will also find “tsoureki” (sweet bread), fresh salads and fruit juice. Recommended is the tahini with honey served on toasted bread, yoghurt (with honey and dried nuts or fresh fruits), “meze” with village style pork sausage with orange, as well as a platter with “lalaggia” and cheeses (kasseri and other types). The breakfast buffet also serves Greek coffee, herbal teas from the hotel garden such as fresh mint, “diktamo” and verbena.

Breakfast at the Esperides offers mainly fresh products from the farm. Guests start with a beverage selection, which includes all types of coffee and tea. The homemade jams with fruit from the garden, the tahini with honey, the fresh yoghurt and the “galotyri” cheese highlight the taste of fresh bread. In the summer months, with the optional participation of guests, the hotel offers bread from organic flour baked in the traditional oven. Pies, the traditional dish of Naousa, are a main staple here. Depending on the season there is cheese pie, leek pie, nettle pie, “perek”, pie with “louvoudia” (wild greens) and “twisted” pies (“striftopites”). Fresh eggs are cooked in a variety of ways -“strapatsada” with tomatoes from the garden is recommended. Feta with olive oil and oregano, “batzos” and local gruyere are some of the cheeses guests offered. Freshly baked cakes, “graklianos”, “patsavouropita”, ryzogalo”” (rice pudding), lemon pie and chocolate pie are desserts that alternate at breakfast. Hot “trahanas” (traditional pasta) is served with feta and paprika while in the summer months “taratori” is very refreshing.

The Esperia offers a rich, handmade Greek breakfast based on local fresh ingredients.
Breakfast starts with healthy cereal bars, handmade pies, homemade biscuits, delicious orange pies and cakes. There is Greek coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, local milk and mountain tea. Guests may try the wild greens pies and cheese pies while the bread basket contains a selection of breads and cookies, paired with fresh butter, delicious Greek jams and thyme honey from Fthiotida.
